Job Description

As our Activity Director, you'll be the heart of our community spirit. You'll design and lead engaging programs that bring joy to our residents-whether it's a lively game, an art project, a musical performance, a fitness class, or a special outing. You'll get to know each resident personally, discovering what makes them light up, and then help create those meaningful moments.

Activities Director Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group activities

• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance

• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized

• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities

• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties

• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care

• Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights

Activities Director Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
