Alight Solutions is seeking a Financial Education Consultant to provide financial education services to employees of one or more Alight Solutions clients. The position is Pittsburgh based and offers a flexible work arrangement including working from home and/or client locations. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings, group workshops (in-person or virtual), ad hoc meetings for plan changes, individual financial education sessions, monthly reporting, developing training materials, and traveling to client locations as needed. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience delivering financial education workshops or in a financial/investment call center with strong presentation skills. Required certifications include FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65), and CRPC or willingness to obtain within six months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required. The role supports flexible working arrangements and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
