We offer experience in addressing today’s hardest problems.Responsibilities:Shall conduct technical oversight, coordination, deconflict, and synchronization of full spectrum Army human intelligence (HUMINT) activities in their assigned area of responsibilityShall provide subject matter expertise on Army HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, and equities regarding Army Modernization Strategy and collection prioritiesShall ensure Army HUMINT operations compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulationsShall identify and recognize information which impacts Army HUMINT equities and ensure its interests are protectedShall support Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) representation to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, Intelligence Community, and Army HUMINT collection entities regarding Army HUMINT activitiesShall provide functional HUMINT support to policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessmentsShall present oral, visual, and written presentations to senior level government and military leadership, compose documents, briefings, and white papers, and support other staff actions based on approved recommendationsShall provide strategic communicationsRequirements:Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses: Army - 35M Course (or its predecessor), Army - 351M Course (or its predecessor), Army - 35F00 Course, HUMINT Training - Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) - Source Operations Course (SOC) (or its predecessor), United States Marine Corps (USMC) - 0211/0210/0204 Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) counterintelligence (CI) and HUMINT CourseMinimum of 6 years of experience as a HUMINT collectorCollege education cannot be used in lieu of experienceMust possess an understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activitiesStrong understanding of Army and Department of Defense (DoD) HUMINT policyDesired:Completion of any of the following HUMINT courses is desired: HUMINT Training - Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) - DoD Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC), HT-JCOE - Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) (or its predecessor), Other - Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC) (or its predecessor)Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
