We have been engaged to assist our client, Choice Logistics, in their search for an Operations Controller. What began as a family-owned New York City messenger courier service in 1964, Choice Logistics is now a leader in the Fourth Party Logistics industry with global operations across six continents. The Company is headquartered in Wayne, PA and has 200 employees and approximately $100M in revenue.

The Operations Controller is a high-visibility role and an opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance, customer satisfaction, and internal processes. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Operations Controller will develop and implement systems and processes that ensure operational excellence and inventory integrity across an international footprint.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience, preferably with inventory management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and effective communications skills
• Familiarity with global logistics and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools; experience creating dashboards and inventory KPIs preferred.
