SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in Colorado. Must be licensed in CO with DEA in Colorado as well! This is a fully remote PART TIME position.

SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women. 

Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Quality patient relationship skills
• Active CO FNP or PA state license in good standing with CO APRN (Family specialty only) or PA License being under your primary taxonomy NPI number
• No current or pending malpractice law suits
• Current DEA License in Colorado
• Availability 2 days per week 
• Patients are seen 8am - 5 pm central standard time

***Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Highly preferred***

Remote training for 7 days.

Job Location: Fully remote, servicing Colorado patients via telehealth

Compensation: $60 hourly
