Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our company's expansion? We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a team of 15 employees on the production floor. Reporting directly to the Production Manager and working closely with the Plant Manager, you will oversee operations on 2 production lines during the shift from 4am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the food industry, coupled with hands-on expertise in manufacturing and production. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
