Position Summary: Easterseals Crossroads provides top-quality, student-focused, innovative services tailored to meet the needs of the students and schools we serve. Easterseals Crossroads is taking applications for a skilled and well-organized Physical Therapist to provide services in school-based settings. Current contract needs are for approximately 4 hours of service per month.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students, formulate individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about student's progress.
