Skilled Carpenter – Residential Design, Build & Renovation Contracting Company

We’re seeking a skilled carpenter to join our contracting team. Our work focuses on residential design, builds, and renovations , with some commercial projects mixed in. Every project is unique, and attention to detail is a must to meet the high standards our clients and we expect.

Our owner is on the tools alongside the crew, and we’re looking for a responsible carpenter who can step up and lead when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures
• Bringing old spaces back to life or giving them a fresh upgrade
• Laying tile with precision (floors, walls, you name it)
• Making sure everything is plumb, level, and square
• Framing and building according to plans
• Teaming up with other trades to get jobs done smoothly
• Keeping your tools in good shape and ready to go
• Working in a team environment with the opportunity to move into a lead role

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on carpentry or renovation experience
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
• Familiar with building codes and safety practices
• Able to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
• Detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills
• Strong and ready for physical work
• Good communicator and team player
• Carpentry certification is a bonus, but not a must
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
