Your Mission: As a Lead Installer , you'll supervise a team of installers, ensuring furniture installations, repairs, moves, and deliveries are completed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Lead with Purpose: Supervise installation teams of 2-10 members, fostering a cohesive environment. Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects meet standards for cost, quality, safety, delivery, and sales. Train and Develop: Mentor team members in technical skills and best practices. Communicate Effectively: Provide daily work plans and maintain open communication with customers, team, and management. Requirements: Skills & Abilities: Proactive and dependable attitude. Strong organizational skills. Effective interpersonal skills; ability to coach and mentor. Understanding of commercial and systems furniture. Experience in furniture installation (1+ years) and leadership (1+ years preferred). Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ServiceTRAX. Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips. Qualifications: High school diploma (preferred).
